Upon leaving he said
A greek fire burns brighter
Nobody visits my dreams anymore
These countless seconds of the past

Of the Black Sea shores
Language suddenly began to die out
The wind spattered him with mud
Gave him a bag of gold
 
Death is the surname of sleep
 
I have to keep hunting for my own thoughts
Contemplating these possibilities
Sending moonrays, listening as though bewitched
Everyone had long since removed their masks,
The fast mirror and the slow
At a loss for words, struck dumb
